Delete your account

In the app

Open Settings → Advanced → Delete account.

By email

Email contact@fey.trade with the subject “Delete my FEY account.” You do not need to install or open the app.

Our team handles these requests manually. Include the email associated with your FEY account so we can locate it. We will verify ownership and ask you to confirm before deleting anything. If you cannot access that email, let us know.

Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or sign-in codes.

Before you delete

• Export your wallet first if you want to keep using it. In FEY, open Settings → Account → Advanced → Export Private Key. Without an export, you may lose access to your wallet after deletion.
• Manage your assets, open positions, and pending orders separately. Deleting FEY does not withdraw funds, close positions, or undo transactions.
• Cancel any subscription through Apple or Google if you want to stop renewals. You can request deletion without waiting for your subscription to expire.

What happens next

After verification and confirmation, we disable FEY access and stop agents and alerts. Permanent deletion of your profile, conversations, attachments, and other personal data begins after a 7-day safety period. We confirm receipt and provide the scheduled date. Contact us with your request reference before that date if you need help. Recovery is handled manually after ownership verification and is not guaranteed once cleanup begins.

The 7-day period is included in our deletion timeframe. We delete account information from active systems within 30 days, or sooner where required by law, except for limited records we must retain. Encrypted backup copies expire within 90 days. Legal, security, financial, and request records may have different retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

Deletion does not erase public blockchain records or close accounts you hold with other providers.
