("Fey," "we," "us," and "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Fey mobile application, websites, services, features, subscriptions, alerts, portfolio tools, chat experiences, agent workflows, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that we collect and use information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services.

Information We Collect

Account and profile information

We may collect information you provide or authorize through sign-in and account flows, including your name, email address, profile image, user identifier, authentication status, subscription tier, connected login provider details, and similar account information.

Wallet, portfolio, and trading-related information

When you connect accounts, wallets, exchanges, brokerages, trading venues, or other supported services, we may collect or receive information needed to operate portfolio, alert, trading, deposit, and agent features. This may include wallet addresses, connected-service identifiers, balances, positions, orders, transaction metadata, market instruments, alerts, account values, profit and loss data, and other information returned by supported integrations.

We may process blockchain addresses, public blockchain data, and onchain activity. Public blockchain data may remain publicly available independent of Fey.

Chat, agent, and alert information

We collect the messages, prompts, commands, approvals, attachments, generated responses, agent events, alerts, alert conditions, and related metadata you create or receive through the Services. This information is used to provide chat history, agent workflows, alert delivery, auditability, product support, safety, and service improvement.

Subscription and payment information

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, we and our payment, app store, and subscription management providers may process information such as product identifiers, receipts, entitlement status, renewal status, transaction identifiers, price, currency, refund status, and billing-related metadata. We do not intentionally collect full payment card numbers through the app.

Device, usage, and log information

We may collect technical and usage information, including device type, operating system, app version, IP address, identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic logs, performance data, feature usage, timestamps, and similar information about how the Services are accessed and used.

Communications

If you contact us, participate in research, respond to surveys, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your contact details and the contents of those communications.

Information from partners and third parties

We may receive information from authentication providers, wallet providers, market data providers, portfolio and trading integrations, payment processors, analytics providers, customer support providers, and other service providers that help us operate the Services.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage accounts, sessions, subscriptions, and entitlements;
  • display portfolio data, market data, alerts, chat history, and agent results;
  • route, process, and record user-approved actions;
  • personalize the product experience and remember settings;
  • communicate with you about your account, support requests, product updates, and legal notices;
  • troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect users and the Services;
  • analyze usage, measure performance, and develop new features;
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and respond to lawful requests.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • service providers that host, operate, analyze, secure, or support the Services;
  • authentication, wallet, subscription, payment, market data, portfolio, alert, trading, and agent infrastructure providers;
  • third-party services you connect to or instruct us to interact with;
  • professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and legal service providers;
  • authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate under applicable law;
  • parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We may share information as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The Services may include links, integrations, or workflows involving third-party services that we do not control. Those third parties may collect and use information under their own privacy policies. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service before connecting it to Fey or approving an action involving that service.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Services may use cookies, local storage, mobile identifiers, SDKs, and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember settings, operate the app, measure performance, improve features, and secure the Services. Third-party providers may also use these technologies when their services are integrated into Fey.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve the product, and protect the Services. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the context in which it was collected, and legal or operational requirements.

Some information, such as public blockchain data, may remain publicly available even after it is removed from Fey systems.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your devices, credentials, wallets, passkeys, recovery information, and connected accounts secure.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can manage some account settings in the app. To make a privacy request, contact us at contact@fey.trade. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at contact@fey.trade and we will take appropriate steps.

International Use

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy in the app, on our website, or through another appropriate channel. The "Last updated" date shows when this Privacy Policy was last revised.
